Introduction Training

Are you coming to Wageningen? Have you been playing squash already? Or have you never tried squash, but are you curious? Join an introduction training at Ballistic!

Summer AID 2023 Update

Due to very high demand, all the introduction trainings slots for the 2023 Summer AID are full. If you were not able to get a space, please send an email to and we will set something up for you to come try squash at Ballistic!

You have two options for joining an introduction training at Ballistic: at the AID or during another moments in the year.

After an AID

After every AID, we organise introduction trainings to come try out squash. These introduction trainings are free and you don't even need sports rights. They're open to all levels, from total beginner to pro!

When AID introduction sign-up opens, you will find the link here.

Throughout the Year

Can't wait that long? We get it. If you have valid sports rights, we can organise a free introduction training at any moment throughout the year. Send us an email at and we'll set something up!

Good to know

Introduction trainings are designed for students who are new to squash, but are also great for people with more experience. You will learn the basics of the game, such as how to hold the racket, how to hit the ball, how to move on the court, and how to score points. You will get to practice with other students of your level and have fun playing matches. The training is led by an experienced trainer who will help you progress and enjoy our fun sport! Afterwards of course, you can join us for a drink in the pub!
